Crouch Recovery Ltd required Hoyes Roofing & Cladding to strip two buildings of the Asbestos cement roofing and dispose of via a licensed carrier with all relevant paper work. The two buildings were going to be in use and access was needed 24hrs a day to allow their recovery business to operate unaffected by the works. The underside of the roof was fall arrest and debris netted to prevent materials falling in the warehouse below. The chosen product for the new roofs was Kinspans 120mm RW1000 panel with 10% of the roof area being Brett Martin's Triple skin rooflights.

The sides of the brick built warehouse were required to look like a new, so Hoyes Roofing & Cladding installed a Euroclad 32/1000 profile wall panel with all relevant flashings down to 2.1m. Highline trim gutters with box downpipes were chosen for the rainwater disposal system.
